  • Turnstile verification token — for spam prevention only (not stored)

Data storage and retention

  • All form submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV (our system of record) for 90 days
  • We may optionally forward your inquiry to a Google Sheet webhook for internal team access
  • After 90 days, your data is automatically deleted from KV
  • If you become a scientific partner or end user, we may retain contact information as needed for our research collaboration

Who has access to your data

  • Only OrganoidBank team members and scientific advisors with a research need have access to form submissions
  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent
  • Your data is not sold to commercial entities or marketing partners

Security and encryption

  • All form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS encryption
  • Cloudflare KV stores your data securely and encrypts it at rest
  • We do not store passwords or sensitive research data

Analytics

  • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to monitor site performance and reach
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and privacy-respecting; no consent banner is required
  • We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party trackers

Your rights

  • You can request a copy of the information we have collected about you
  • You can request that we delete your information (within reason and subject to legal obligations)
  • You can opt out of non-critical communications at any time
